Pros

None. Don't ever work here.

Cons

This company is the most deceptive company I have ever experienced. I have no idea where their positive employee reviews come from since it's impossible to have that many positive reviews when they pay people extremely low poverty-level wages while also firing people every few months. They claim to give you the best job experience and most money ever but will give you the worst job experience and lowest pay ever. They'll give you a false contract of very high bonuses with a terribly low base giving you the idea you can make money when in actuality it's impossible to hit the numbers for those bonuses. They claim they've only had about 3 people leave the company in 5 years when they really let go of everyone every few months. As soon as I got there at least half or more than half of the staff was let go which my manager told me happened to them so I knew it was a sketchy company as soon as I got there. They'll praise you on how good you're doing the whole time you work there but will let you go suddenly because the company isn't doing well and is on the decline. My position was never opened before so they didn't know what to expect as far as potential success there. Once they realized that myself and the staff they brought onboard with me couldn't have any success since the company can't sell as well as they'd hoped, they fired everyone. So they'll use you as guinea pigs then let you go as an experiment. The product you sell there literally promotes this concept for other businesses to do as well meaning they tell their clients to "bring on people as an experiment, then let them go if they can't hit what you expected." This company is full of bad people. Do not work here ever! I've never in my life felt the need to write a negative review for a company and never thought I would, but I feel people must be warned about this place so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Pros

Remote work environment other than that none

Cons

I have never left a job review before, but I want to warn anyone who is about to take a job with this company. They have been posting the same ad for “high ticket” sales rep for yrs. They fire all the reps they hire every few months regardless of how you perform. They have a very toxic work environment. You will be told about all this opportunity and in reality there is not. They only have 4 employees on the sales team including the CEO and they are the “dream team”. The company will fire reps every few months and bring in new hire immediately they have been doing this for years. By far the worst place I’ve ever worked.
