      - Experienced + hardworking team: lots of knowledgable talent across the board. - Promising industry growth: exciting to work at an AI startup with good funding. - Flexible schedule: it's a fast-paced startup, so there's no shortage of work but management is understanding of needing personal admin time.

      Cons

      - Sometimes feel less team connectivity with a global remote group (a few hybrid). But the team is working on boosting moral and getting people more united under a brand.

      Huge opportunities to learn and try new tools, with leadership open to fresh ideas and ways of working. Surrounded by A* talent in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

      Cons

      As mentioned above, it's a fast-moving startup environment - not ideal if you prefer rigid structure.

      - Very passionate team on a thrilling mission to empower non-technical businesses with the same tools as multinationals can use - At the forefront of AI tech, both in the product they're building and how they're building the org - Lots of room for career growth and personal development, easy to be given responsibilities if I show the willingness - Very flat organization, easy to speak with anyone - Flexible remote work policy

      Cons

      - As with many hyper-growth AI businesses, needs a bit more structure. Already seeing some coming together, but certainly feels like we're building the plane as we're flying it
