Pros
The team is incredible, some of the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone was welcoming and supportive from day one, and we truly worked as a team. Management is helpful and not overbearing; no micromanagement. Our team leader was one of the most intelligent and compassionate people I've ever met. Commissions and incentives were great as well. I would still be with SalesGrove if it weren't for another opportunity that came up within the parent company that just made more sense for me financially. I still work with the SalesGrove team frequently.
Cons
Any position that requires outbound calls will have some long days here and there. Making the calls can be repetitive and there are some people who definitely aren't cut out for it.
