Pros
They treat you to lunch quite often because you never get breaks during the day, except a half hour lunch. You get a Christmas bonus that ranges from $500-1,500. The schedule is 8a-4p Mon-Thurs & alternating Fri/Sat. You’re expected to work til 5pm 1-2 days a week and it’s assigned in advance.
Cons
The owner wants to control everyone and everything. The women are very passive aggressive. If you’re a direct communicator you will be seen as “aggressive” and a threat. If you have an opinion, keep it to yourself - they don’t take kindly to that. There is complete lack of HR and problem resolution. The poor students suffer favoritism and get frustrated when they don’t get the support they need. The owner is racist and treats POC differently and hardly allows them in to her school. You then have to watch students suffer at their hand.
