Pros

At first when you start working there they make you feel important and they want you and you are an asset to the company.

Cons

But afte you don't want o spend and give up every ounce of free time past 40 hours they are suddenly not on your side anymore. They make the company out to be the biggest part of your life. Like family, social life and ect are nothing anymore and arenot important. They don't supply ou with any benefits and they pretend giving you advances and you pying the back meaning they give you this huge favor that you now own them gradtitude and respect and time to the company. Forget about having any free time. They make you feel so uncomortable about leaving, ESPECIALLY when you're on salary. It's like selling your soul to the devil. Not to mention the CEO is a complete narcasstic jerk that tortments and judges everyone there.

Pros

Some of the coworkers are nice people. As far as Salt Armour/SA CO/Defense Armour there are no pros

Cons

While working at SA I saw them grow quickly with the help of two consultants and the ceo who has never run a business had his ego grow just as quickly. There is no employee respect, no benefits, no "real" paid time off, shady overtime practices and high turnover. Some employees will work over 60+ hours in fear that if they said no to the extra hours they would lose their job. The DOL needs to knock down their door tomorrow. The worse part of it the young and unexperienced ceo ( T.D. jr not senior) constantly makes female employees feel uncomfortable and I have personally seen him massage and inappropriately touch and laugh it off.
