They don't supply ou with any benefits and they pretend giving you advances and you pying the back meaning they give you this huge favor that you now own them gradtitude and respect and time to the company. There is no employee respect, no benefits, no "real" paid time off, shady overtime practices and high turnover. Some employees will work over 60+ hours in fear that if they said no to the extra hours they would lose their job. The DOL needs to knock down their door tomorrow. The worse part of it the young and unexperienced ceo ( T.D. jr not senior) constantly makes female employees feel uncomfortable and I have personally seen him massage and inappropriately touch and laugh it off.
