      Salary over average. And this is all

      Cons

      Employees are not treated with respect. Advancement appears to depend more on personal favoritism than performance. Not a good fit if you prefer a merit-based culture.

      - salary (bit over the average) - great for people that want to feel smart - great paid reviews on sites like this one

      Cons

      - management is chaotic and not prepared for a tech environment (the higher you go) - toxic environment - the company never learns from mistakes and may even reward failure (if office politics played well) - startup mentality (pressure), big company waste (throws away tons of money to save some of money).
