      moderate salary, an OK company to grow, has standard on tech stack, free lunch

      Cons

      - often moved to different project while current haven't "settled" - unfair overtime benefit - clients expect employees be available for 24h but this company doesn't manage it well, leads to unexpected overtime to employee

      You are able to work from home by a week and on-site on the next week

      Cons

      Sometimes if you are moved to another project that has different hybrid work schedule you can work on-site for 2 weeks in the first because of shifting between project schedules, but it's not a big deal I think.
