Cons

Lack of Vision - As a company, they lack vision. They do not know what they want to do. One founder is busy building another company, another founder who barely understands digital is driving sales. It is grossly mismanaged as an organisation. To give an example, they created a high dependency on just one client and when they lost that business, they had to lay off several people from the team. A simple rule of business is ensuring you don't put all your eggs in one basket, which is exactly what they broke, and the employees ended up paying for it. Lack of huge clientele: They end up getting extremely low level clients who barely have any budget for digital marketing. It is good for initial learning experience but not if you really want to grow in the field. I'd stay away from this organisation if you carry 3+ years of experience and are looking to grow in digital. Lack of Sales Team - The sales team are a critical team for a service based company. This agency lacked a solid sales/ biz development team. It was usually just one person who did the job and only managed to get clients who were quite low paying.
