      Pros

      relaxed dress code. very lenient when it comes to time off. Work laptop provided if needed. relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      way too many companies. no mergers and acquisition team to speak of. everyone is NOT on the same page. Priorities get mixed up. way behind on all deliveries.

      Good place to learn about glass and how it’s shaped and polished.

      Experience on many different manufacturing machines, learned the different glass types and how to shape and polish each one. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      Some miscommunication between employees and managers, a lack of older employees entrusting younger employees with some jobs.
