      Unlimited PTO but still limited in someways

      My experience with SamaCare was marred by what I can only describe as a lack of empathy, understanding, and fair treatment. the support and guidance provided by management were sorely lacking. Instead of fostering a supportive environment conducive to growth and development, I felt constantly scrutinized and undervalued. There was a palpable lack of communication and constructive feedback, making it nearly impossible to improve and excel in your role. SamaCare has been profoundly disappointing, marred by unjust treatment and a lack of understanding from management

      Supportive Coworkers, but Major Management Issues and Lack of Transparency

      Pros

      Many coworkers were genuinely eager to assist and collaborate. The product has potential for significant impact, and there is ample opportunity for growth and improvement.

      Cons

      Management provided inconsistent and often contradictory feedback regarding performance, making it difficult to gauge expectations. Misalignment on product goals added to the overall frustration. There was also a noticeable lack of transparency around leveling and compensation. Unfortunately, there seemed to be little loyalty to employees, as management preferred to dismiss staff without warning rather than address and resolve issues.
