Pros

There are no pros only cons

Cons

The offer letter was for full-time employment at $25 per hour. For the past two pay periods since being hired I was compensated at a lower pay rate that is for a different position and also not paid overtime for the hours I worked over an 8 hour shift. I am not the only person this happened to, it has happened to almost everyone in the company across the US. Maria in Payroll sent a video message out to the entire company saying they would fix any discrepancies before the next pay period ended. Needless to say they didn’t fix the discrepancies and they made the same mistakes on the next check. They owe me about $1000 dollars. They also cut everyone’s hours when the offer letter said 40 hrs per week. Now down to 30 hours. This company is a complete shame. They have healthcare workers risking their lives on a daily basis and not compensating them properly, and not trying to fix the problems. They company is getting rich yet their employees are struggling to make ends meat and risking their lives in the process. Stay away if you actually want to be paid correctly.

Pros

The only pro at this startup was the very FEW really good human beings.

Cons

They just settled (April 2022) with LA county for $26 Million for fraudulently changing covid test results and insurance fraud. Type into Google: Sameday Health Scandal The CEO (27 yrs old) has an anger issue and yells on zoom calls and rarely listens to anyone. He wants control of everything but lacks the experience and emotional intelligence to lead. Lack of pay - They are making millions and are stingy Lack of leadership Very clicky A very young team that were all friends before the company started. They literally just put their friend's in executive positions who have no experience or right to be in that position or manage anyone.

Pros

Good hourly rate for non-nurse personnel

Cons

Lied during hiring process about requirements Zero understanding of how the clinics actually run Micromanagement on nonsense policies while ghosting when needed to fix something Outrageous budget for ugly decor ($400 plants and $600 awkward chairs) but obsessive about hourly, stingy with bonuses, zero advertising HR works strictly for Sameday and will treat employees like absolute trash, being condescending and demanding while never resolving any issue Constant lies about product quality, availability, and accuracy Uses expired products, overcharges customers, and falsifies results (news all about it available)
