interesting to lead people with functional variation. you can control your working days freely
Cons
stressfully linked to the workload and to how little support you get. the employees at samhall have many diagnoses and are often mentally ill. the assignments are physically demanding and make high demands on service, which the employees are unable to perform. difficult to manage people and customer assignments without being worked out. many managers were on sick leave because of this.
