Pros
A great place to work with the best people. You will gain so many experiences that will help you set foot in your career path. You could learn a lot of different things and not be afraid to fail because they created an environment of constant development. If you are a career-oriented individual, this would likely be the perfect place for you.
Cons
Poor work/life balance management. I work every day from Monday-Sunday with no extra benefit. Employees would likely get burned out trying to keep up with the amount of work and pace. Still had no health insurance when I worked there.
