      You learn a lot and the ambient in the office is really good.

      The payments isn't much, but it is good work. You learn a lot.

      Good familiy company

      Pros

      Long stay company. Easy to understand the way of work.

      Cons

      Difficult to improve the conditions when you are inside, even if you change the role. No possibilities to negotiate after years. Not recognized the inflaccion in the salary. You can be years and years with exactly the same salary. If you negotiate well at the beggining better for you.

      Worst experience ever!

      Gain the experience. An inclusive place to work.

      Cons

      -Never pay on time. -Did not comply with hiring agreement. -Incompetent managers. -No safety - No drinking water. -HR has no clue about laws (Puerto Rico). And many more!
