When defaults use to take place(inevitably), collection agents were sent to collect the dues , who at times behaved in a very unprofessional manner. The AMLA framework is more like a SHAM-la.
5. The Senior Managers somehow think that bullying juniors is the best way to get the most out of them. A lot of my peers have suffered working here. I hope the HR looks into training the Senior Managers to treat juniors with dignity and respect.
