Pros
Working at PT. Sanbe Farma might sound like a proud experience. The Sanbe brand is widely recognized and its extensive product line makes it the largest local generic drug manufacturer in Indonesia.
Cons
The work system in this factory is very backward. It still uses conventional methods and minimal digitization of data and documents. Furthermore, salaries for employees with pharmacist degrees are very low compared to other pharmaceutical industries.
