Where to start? Favouritism is rife. Poor pay. No chance of progression or pay rise. Sales declining year on year with countless redundancies happening all the time. They treat their staff like robots. There is no work life balance. I’ve seen people been made redundant and had their jobs advertised weeks after they left all because they didn’t like them / they challenged the status quo. Would honestly avoid this place. They ruined my reputation and my mental health all because I didn’t fit in.

Bullies aren't just teenagers in secondary school. They are also adults in office with nice titles who think they have the right to break the spirits of others so they can feel better about their lives. This is not a women supporting women environment, contrary to what the cursory international women's day post would have you believe.

- nobody has any real experience of marketing or communications - people are rewarded for years of service not actually being able to do the job they are given - internal politics is crazy
