Pros

Began working there after going through a divorce and being out of work for 9 months. Helped me to rebuild my life and self-esteem. Worked there about three years. Had good management both at the very top and mid-management. Good pay and benefits. Was a good introduction to the industry which helped me to get my next position within the same industry.

Cons

Some personality conflicts typical of any job in any office but manageable.

Pros

No pros to report except the possiblity of dissolution in the future.

Cons

No direction. No training. Changes to rules and regulations depends on the mood of the day. Enforcement does not happen for "larger" brokerages or important brokers. Lack of follow-up from management. Manger does not train new employees and takes massive amounts of time off. Manager does not follow the rules and regulations which are mandated by the Bureau of Real Estate. Manager changes the rules and regulations depending on whom they are speaking to on a minute to minute basis.
