Pros
Flexible hours, highly skilled colleagues, exciting urban transformation projects. The different departments in «Kultur og byutvikling» collaborate often together and the outcome is sometimes in the local newspapers.
Cons
Lack of forward-thinking politicians and very challenged information structure. Being newly hired, onboarded on a project or new in a department - you will definitely struggle finding important information.
