Pros

The product was invented with great science and could have shot if it was not for the bad leadership and management.

Cons

The company went down hill ever since the former CEO Robert Winslow got replaced by Brian O'callaghan. Because of the bad management and hiring ever since, countless layoffs started happening from 2009. The senior managers kept sucking the funding from one private investor until the end. The company finally was shutdown in 2013. Everything happened was kept secret internally and to the public. There was no transparency and the culture was horrible.

Pros

Sangart has a unique product that will save lot of lives if it ever sees the light of day. Good science, nice people.

Cons

Repeated rounds of layoffs. First effort at clinical trial enrollment was amateur hour staffed by mainly inexperienced folks.
