      Well there is standar salary, next to the sea, and the job isn't to hard. Also you can meet new people from all over the world

      Pros

      Great chance to build up your social skills and brush up on some languages you may know. Also meet all sorts of interesting people.

      Cons

      The "legal" salary was the bare minimum. Everything else came from tips.

      Great Coworkers, adequate managers, you learn new things, my roommates where the best.

      Cons

      Salary is meh, working hours are terrible,tips are inexcusable, overtime is not paid and not even verbally appreciated. On top of that, you have to argue for the basics like eating good food and leave on time. The house they gave us to live in didn't even have a working stove, or basic stuff like cutlery, glasses or plates. So we had to pay for it ourselves. And no one cares if you feel sick or have a serious job to do or have any problem regarding work whatsoever.
