Pros
The best part about working at Sanity is the people, hands down. It’s like a family and your coworkers want you to succeed. You’re respected and given the space and freedom to do your job. There are lots of opportunities for team building (even during Covid).
Cons
It can be challenging to grow your career depending on what part of the business you’re in. However, there’s ample opportunity to communicate with upper management about your goals. The biggest con is that you will miss your coworkers and the company if you leave.

Sanity Solutions operates like a family. Everyone is there to help each other to succeed in their role. One of the best companies I've had the privilege to work for.
Cons
Still working to grow out some portions of the business, however, promising future expansion.
