I worked at Santa Fe Relocation full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly senior management. Not bad pantry

    Cons

Mid management and manager has no clue what their subordinates are doing. Direction given for route A, required route B and provided solutions route C. In layman, when to starbucks ordered Venti Cupp, barista double confirmed Venti Latte, Venti Long black given. Top down approach with no chance of feedback or review. Favouritism very heavily dependent between manager and executive.

I'm sorry to hear your experience isn't good. We do measure people's views of their managers in our annual people survey, and this isn't the story in most places - for external readers, you might like to know that the score is close to 4 in each of the relevant questions. However, I realise that individual experiences can vary. If there's anything we can do, please do contact me internally.
