Pros

Some of the nicest, most talented people are here...and they're here because they truly love Playstation. That's rare. Work can be rewarding depending on the department you're in.

Cons

It's Sony - you're going face some pretty rigid corporate structure here. Things take quite a bit of time to get done and once everything is finally in place...you realize that you're rushing to finish by the deadline. Career development is also lacking here. No real direction or guidance in this area...which is a shame because the people who work here really are in love with the company and games.
