Everything about this damn LALA COMPANY! It is run by a bunch of unethical fraudulent fools. The CEO is a "know it all" who feels he runs a big fortune 500 company! The only HR of the company is another arrogant sick lady who would've hardly even obtained a part-time HR passing certificate. They don't care about the "human element" of the company despite naming it human solutions/capital. They pay salaries that are the lowest as per industry standards and then behave like they've bestowed a favor upon the employees by paying them! Let alone talk about FNF or Relieving formalities. There was a certain ex employee who had to resort to police complaint and NC to obtain her due certificates! there is a team of old women who track every move of employees - their punch in punch out, their breaks, their clothes what not. to conceal their unethical standards of work, work environment and poorest of poor salaries, they take you out once in a year for an annual gathering of fools - offsite! also did i mention that its the company which after appraisal reduces your overall CTC but increases in hand salary to show an appraised salary? lol
