      decent summer job, not a career move for most

      family-style loyalty, quarterly Corporate Meetings with company Vendors to learn about new products, low commission rate but a bonus all the same

      no room for advancement, low pay, long hours, poor benefits, high turnover rate, poor management choices, 2% commission

      Good discount, free stuff sometimes, easy to grow friendships with shift mates, LGBTQ friendly.

      Cons

      Disrespectful and petty management both in-store and higher up in the company, poor use of company resources (opening more stores than they can handle,) distrust of employees.
