We work in an industry full of bad apples and crappy products. The best part of Saranghae is that the products make a real difference with our customers. That's the foundation that makes my job fun and meaningful. High growth company with all the worts of growth but the people are dedicated and talented. I look forward to coming into work everyday, what's better than that? Management is open and honest even when somethings don't work out. I appreciate that.
Cons
The industry is changing rapidly and we change with it but the pace can be sometimes overwhelming. Management seems married to the idea of being an online company only, not sure if that's enough for us to win.
