      Organized, Multi-Cultural atmosphere, Employees with High skills

      Cons

      Low Payment especially for Local employee regardless their skills. Working Harder will not increase your chances for promotion.

      Long hours, unfair treatment by the management, and unfortunatally favoritism is essinsial at this establishment. The owner's relatives are controlling the boards of members with very limited experience.
