      The only cons that push me to leave this company is the tech head named Vinay khaitan. Complete phsycho .. treat team members as slaves and want them to act like robot.. you can't talk, stare away from monitor even can't pee.. he monitor 8hr with cctv recording and abuse each and every day.. Due to product based company work load is low and you can't grow your skill as the psycho don't allow you

      Very Arrogant and lair Management... Here have no job they taking interview to create list of job seeker.. Their have only one own product SastaSundar they use it to collect money from Share Market.. their have 3 month notice period... you cant learning anything from here.. Working Hr 9hr 30min

      1. No job security. 2. Most 3rd class environment i have saw in last 8months 3. Few H.O.D behave much worse than this 4. No respect for older experience employees 5. Most of the duty night shifts are offered after joining 6. Very poor management system by new fc head at Baruipur FC
