Pros
Redundancy makes it significantly easier to motivate yourself to leave and find literally any other company to work at.
Cons
Almost everything. The business is a mess, the management is at best incompetent and at worst actively malicious with its treatment of employees. Constant hire and fire cycles leaves you wondering “when” not “if” regarding your future prospects. Cannot stress enough how miserable the environment was, and how long it took to shake off the constant fear and paranoia having left.
