Pros
some good projects, flexible wfh policy, helpful team members ( mostly because they share the same pain)
Cons
Random project selection, no clarity on the work they want to do Promoting people multiple times a year, while some don't get promoted no matter how hard they work If you quit the organisation, the manager tells u- u will not get a job anywhere else!! The quality of work has gone down, one will only learn to make verbose ppts with a lot of jargons
