      Disorganisation. Free hot water. Free parking on the road, when there is any.

      Cons

      Their ethos from their customer reviews on service is just the same for the way they treat staff, its the companies culture. Didn't follow employment law for my time with them & tried to mislead the situation for pennies, but this is how they value staff. The position I took had a high staff turnover according to a work colleague in a year which was a worry. The wages are less than was used to, this is a reflection of how they value staff. Just be wary.

      The pay and hours are somewhat okay

      Cons

      Everything else- No training at all - was there for 5 months and had a total of 3 hours total Micro managing to the extreme - need to know what you are doing of every second of the day No contract provided even after asking for one multiple times Very unprofessional owner - gave access to emails to another colleague, which violates GDPR
