Pros
Incredibly transparent, the 4 directors are very easy to talk to, always open to discussion. Hierarchy feels almost flat. A great place to learn agile methodologies and development best practices. Really great culture with lots of activities and meet ups. Work from home welcome with only a quarterly get together as mandatory.
Cons
Hard to specialise in any area of development as you can be on several projects in the same year all with differing stacks. They’ll struggle to compete with the spike in job markets offering very competitive salaries, not necessarily their fault given the size and age of the company, otherwise a fantastic place to work.
