High standards overshadowed by poor communication and management issues

Cons
Internal manager seems to not communicate and it shows. No clear communication to management and no true go to person. When issues are brought up everyone reveres one to someone else who then has to do the same cause no one knows what’s going on. Vehicle maintenance is lacking and no clear system in place. Vehicles not quite up to par with conditions of surrounding an it’s requirements. Schedules are not updated as they should. Constant hassle to get corrected. No seemingly clear system on how one gets additional available shifts for an area assigned. Knowledgeable people not heard or taken into consideration. Sadly false value put on “medals” and “military/law e” history instead of professionalism and expertise. Pay on low side for responsibility and potential hazard.
