      NONE They do not really care for their employees, Owner literally told us to our face: If you leave theres always someone better to replace you.

      Cons

      This is a poorly managed company. They literally tell their employees to write good reviews to bring in potential candidates. They don't pay their employees on time and are literally running their company to the ground. Owners can't legally own their business because they've done fraud in the past, therefore they have their son as the proprietor. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM! ALSO ART IS NOT THE OWNER ANYMORE

      You can learn a lot about their sales philosophy in this field or work.

      No regard for individual's time or life. All about them. Total commission and yet they don't live up to any of the advertised job description. It's all about them.

      They hire people every Monday because everyone leaves the company. They have a couple cool people but overall you basically go on cold calls but they call them leads. No Benefits so they lie about that.. the free food in the morning are muffins .. you don’t get paid for training. Thy want you to hide the full price of the products which they don’t give you a product book about any of the products. Training is a waste of time here. All the 5 star ratings are on the same day basically which puts up red flags
