Pros
Good Pay is the only PROS.
Cons
1) Manager will be less educated than you are....Not even graduates 2) They are paid higher so that they cant think of switching. And they know nobody will pay them as much as they are withdrawing as they are not even graduates. Our VP is not a Graduate. 3) Pathetic/No work culture 4) If you are educated coming from a nice environment, this is no place for you. 5) KRA is changed every month(They dont let you settle down)
