      Pros

      They see you as a valued member of the team, always supportive. They care if you're overwhelmed with tasks and do their best to help out. They respect your work-life balance and even encourage you to go by it. You learn a lot by being part of the Savion Ray team. One of the best companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      It can be a bit chaotic from time to time.

      Pros

      Company had great people with the kindest bos Bisera. The working enviroment is quite awesome and everyone triest to collab in order to get the job done together and quicker. It was a really good experience personally. The company has great connections accross all Europe even the Globe.

      Cons

      There isn't much to say about cons. Only thing i could say is that if you are fully committed to software development probably this isn't right company for you. But if you are a flexible web developer/designer or other positions that matches with company's requirements then you are in the right place
