1. CEO way or highway culture 2. Opposite timezones between San Francisco and Singapore and hence poor collaboration between the two offices, no practice of shared documentation 3. Very poor follow up on plans especially science, data and product teams which is the growth engine 4. Mission says one thing but reality is different - Manipulated data provided to research customers, products oversold to caregivers without any real benefit 5. Very bad product market fit - Customers are in single digits despite being in existence for more than 5 years. Primary reason is because everyone is trying to save their job and just be good enough. 6. Long working hours and expected to work in the opposite time zone hours too

Start-up hours. Work schedule is flexible but it takes some of your flexibility and creativity to balance work and personal within a company operating in many time zones. Smaller company so health benefits are good but could be better. Small team that needs to grow to meet incoming customer demands and is resource limited right now High change fast paced environment that might not be a good fit for some people
