      Company approaches tasks with an overly ambitious mindset. Overpromises and cannot deliver on promises which leads to confusion and wasted resources.

      Pros

      Amazing and fun experience. Got a lot of opportunities to learn and got a lot of responsibilities which I really enjoyed. The data science tasks were wide ranging for a diverse group of customers. Also got to work and learn about a lot of other things like dashboard, website and app building which are not traditional data science tasks.

      Cons

      Along with the traditional data science got responsibilities for a lot of other tasks like cloud engineering, automation etc.
