Pros
1. Financially strong management and directors. 2. Vision is very good 3. All are Muslim and pious 4. The head office is in the heart of Dhaka (Gulshan) 5. Lunch and other snacks are company-subsidized
Cons
1. Employee satisfaction is low 2. HR policies are not modern 3. Corporate culture is absent 4. Office politics are existing 5. Too much friendly and drivers and cleaners are mixing like a friend 6. Most of the colleagues are gossiping and hampering to create an ideal working environment. 7. Management does not take good ideas from executives! 8. No transportation facility
