      Small company <100 employees Your contribution is noticed Company does well by doing good Customer service is second to none

      Cons

      Company is run like a law partnership (founders are all attorneys) so senior partners have strong opinions about how things should be done and it's hard to oppose them.

      Medical and Dental paid for.

      Cons

      Ran poorly. Managed by poor individuals. Sawstop the product is great. The company is ran poorly. Everyone is hired on due to being related to each other. It’s like a giant family. Half the staff is Stoned at work. No room for growth. You’ll be stuck doing the same boring job. Get a real management team!!!
