- Good compensation and benefit - Flexible working hour

Cons

- There many inexperienced leaders including in Human Capital whose decision is really questionable. The particular leader tend to make decision based on logic not on best practices - The stereotype is real. The ones who can asskiss the leaders can get better career opportunity. If you're a 'YES MAN' as well, you can get promoted easily no matter the instruction doesn't make sense according to the best practice - The one who does politics can easily can ESOP from the management. The consideration is questionable. Even amidst the layoff waves what kill many people living, ESOP can easily be distributed. - There're a lot policy or strategy changing. Is it really agility? or is it just inconsistency or immaturity of the management?

- WFA. - Salary & benefit is pretty competitive compared to other startups at its scale. - Good collaboration between the product team. Not so much when you have to collaborate outside of your division tho. - WLB is pretty great. We're always advised to not do any work outside the working hours.

Cons

- Sometimes I feel that the higher ups micromanage too much - Unclear direction, the management is pretty much chaotic. They keep on restructuring teams every quarter. - Too many stakeholders. - Lack in LnD support - Lack in bonding activity as there's no company outing and each teams don't really get much budget to do so - No clear career path

My manager is kind and compassionate. She is also very helpful and always takes your side. Another thing is I got a nice experiences working with diverse ppl.

Cons

There is a hard pressure, we have to do well. Upper management doesn't encourage the team and doesn't give you acknowledgement
