Pros

Take on people who want to get their foot in the door for the industry who don’t have experience yet Take time to train those who are willing to put the work in Assist you when you need it Opportunities to progress in the company are provided to those who work hard Management are so helpful, they definitely taught me so much and I am so thankful for that, I have definitely taken a lot away from them that will help me grow and progress further in my life both professionally and personally Friendly Sociable Pet friendly Management are also extremely supportive of your personal life and understand that it can sometimes (not all the time) effect your work life.

Cons

Things can get quite heated during tense times Other staff members (not management) can be quite immature

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

The staff turnover here is ridiculous, and there's a few reasons why. People do not want to work in a company that changes your responsibilities on a weekly (sometimes daily) basis. You never know what you're supposed to be doing because one minute something is your job and the next it's someone else's and you're responsible for something new. The lack of training and employee care is like something I've never seen before. I am all for family run businesses but the way that sbliving is run is certainly not professional and is unappealing to any employee. The office 'Manager' brings her personal life to work and tells everyone how stressed she is nearly every day, creating an uncomfortable and again - unprofessional environment. She also shouts at people in the office and asks people to go out and get her kebabs for her during working hours, then proceeding to eat them at other peoples desks on occasion. The culture of this business is not one I would imagine anyone would enjoy working in. Other Cons Include: NO sick pay. 45 Minute break. Dogs going to the toilet all around the office because they aren't looked after properly. Being spoken to with no respect. Basically this company couldn't care less about you.

Pros

Owner/director is a kind and helpful director Staff are generally nice and help ful Hires young people

Cons

Management! This company is owned by a married couple, the wife being the manager. This manager is verbally abusive to staff and customers! Often screeching in the office, throwing tantrums and generally being unreasonable. They underpay, under staff, offer very little training and pile ridiculous work loads on individuals and then are disappointed when it's not all done. All staff are miserable - have even witnessed many staff members reduced to tears, often getting ill and exhausted due to the stress of working here!
