Pros

learn some kernel programming and storage knowledge.

Cons

1. The managers are really bad and they are amateurs (previous senior director --> CEO, previous manager --> SVP). The managers are lack of vision, they do not have manager skill, and they treat employees badly. 2. The do not build resolutional product. They create the computational storage concept, but they just focus on the tiny details, and they do not a sense of doing perfect jobs. 3. They cheat on the products even (e.g., change internal temperature to make it look normal). 4. The culture is bad. There are too many Chinese and build a RPI family as the CEOs, VPs, and directors are from RPI.

Pros

h1b transfer is offered - probably the only pro that I can think of

Cons

There is no hope working on such an outdated product. No work-life balance at all. Terrible company culture (management is like god, though many of them know little about technology).
