+ Great concept + Directors are very receptive and inspiring

Cons

- Cliques within middle management, who spend more time hiding their inability to do their job than actually doing their job - No team meetings. - Poor communication - so poor. Probably the worst anyone could imagine. - Middle management bullying - They get rid of team members... and no-one tells you why or where they have gone. - Poor Culture - Buildings are poorly designed - Wage disparity.
