Pros

- Great work environment - Absolutely no micro-management - Unlimited Vacation - Work from home option - Great people - Collaborative work environment - Flexible Schedule - Able to make a big impact at work every day - Office Cat

Cons

- Outgrown current space - It's a very independent work environment. I don't see this as a con, but if you need a checklist every day or someone to hold your hand you will not like working here. - Training is still being developed

Pros

The work culture is friendly and supportive. The founder/owner (Adam) encourages social breaks with non-work related group activities (like puzzle breaks), lunch parties, birthday celebrations, and more. Everyone is friendly and on a first-name basis with each other. We have a lot of fun. In terms of growth within the company, there are always opportunities for your ideas to be heard, changes to be made, and lots of development in your work. The founder/owner is invested in whether or not you are enjoying the work you do and what can be done to make your experience better, which is not something I have ever come across in my previous jobs. There is also a strong culture of learning. Anyone who works here is always willing to sit down with you and teach you about a skill they have or what they do so you can get a better understanding of how the company works and how you can better do your job. We also review courses on how to expand our professional skills in different disciplinaries (operations, marketing, etc). The company is growing, evolving, and constantly getting better. There is no chance that you would be stuck in a cubicle (we don't even have cubicles) for the rest of your career doing the same thing you did when you first started. The founder/owner stresses this a lot so we move forward everyday in our own jobs and teams as well as in our group motives. There are plans in development to expand in employee size as well as facility size.

Cons

It's hard for some people to manage themselves if they are used to being under a strict dialogue of micromanagement in their previous job. I personally like this autonomy because it gives me room to incorporate some of the ideas I have into my job but for some people they might not be able to self-motivate to be on task all the time. If you don't enjoy teamwork and social interaction during the day this might not be a good fit for you. You would be working in your own desk / in your own space but we are rarely ever go through the day without saying hello, chatting with, or discussing business with coworkers. The founder/owner is supportive about helping employees set up a 401k and education matching but there aren't health benefits offered at this time (as the company grows I'm sure there will be in the future) so that is something to keep in mind.

Pros

I love everything about my job. From my co workers, to the work itself to the culture. I have a lot of freedom to come up with creative solutions vs. just showing up for work and doing one task day after day. The work is always new and exciting and I never dread coming into work.

Cons

You have to be a self leader and have the ability to create work for yourself, that can be difficult for some people.
