      - You’ll gain solid experience with Australian clients and exposure to complex accounting and tax work. - Colleagues are generally friendly and supportive, which makes the workload more bearable. - A good place to sharpen your skills and build confidence handling challenging tasks.

      Cons

      - Workload can be overwhelming, especially during peak seasons, with little breathing space. - Management tends to focus heavily on getting the most out of employees — even on your very last day, you’re still expected to work at full pace. - Processes can feel outdated and inefficient, which adds stress instead of making things easier. - Career growth opportunities aren’t always clear, and recognition can feel limited compared to the effort you put in.
