      My mother always said if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything.

      In huge financial trouble. Since Ivy lost Vet Fee Help due to poor training and courses the company is in huge financial trouble. Since taking over AIM it has got worse. Discovered recently the organisation is close to bankruptcy hence huge staff lay offs. If you are thinking of going AIM or scent is in a Sales capacity don't. There are no support systems and the AIM product is now very poor. The business is close to closing its doors and it would be a terrible career move. Staff are all looking to move on.

      The staff that aren't management are wonderful to work with. They also care about their students.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. They don't care about you. Management are very clicky. They change their mind on what they want from you and don't listen to what their staff have to say.

      Resilient and hard working staff going through mergers, poor leadership and high turnover of staff leaving or being made redundant.

      Cons

      Hostile take over of AIM by Ivy saw all Managers leave and close to 80% turnover of staff in the last year across the country. The knowledge loss has damaged the brand/learning. The revenue stream for Ivy has dried up due to VET fee help cuts so they are focusing on AIM Corporate/AIM Business School/AIM short courses to generate revenue to see them through to 2019 sale the new management are hoping for. The cost base is too high for AIM and the changes are insignificant. Avoid this company, they will fold,
