The employees are great, experienced in their field, and professionals. Ability to work from home.
Cons
Staff is overworked, under-paid. Employees take on multiple responsibilities which were never discussed at the interview and are not compensated at the end of the year in terms of a bonus and also not recognized. Promoting from within is non-existent. Dead end job with no incentive plan, merit raise schedule, or real travel benefits. Employer tends to hire relatives and friends, and they tend to hold the senior positions.
