They pay you salary and bare minimum wages so they can work you more hours. They made me come in at 7:30 am every morning instead of 8:00 am to get an extra half hour out of me every day without pay. I was constantly yelled at and harassed by upper management for making even the smallest mistake. Schell Brothers is ran like a frat house, where all the "coolest people" get all the credit and perks, and everyone else fades into the background. Lots of drinking in this company too, which led to a lot of inappropriate frat house behavior.

Cult like environment filled with some very self centered incompetent leaders. Power struggles and drama. Schell can not retain HR director, they always leave after a year or so that should tell you everything.
